Visiting the website
This is an information website. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, account registration, payment forms or embedded third-party media on these pages. Our website code does not set cookies or use browser storage to track you. Images, styles and other page assets are served with the website.
The website is delivered through Google Firebase Hosting. Hosting a page requires technical request information. Google states that Firebase Hosting processes incoming IP addresses for abuse detection and service usage information, and retains IP data for a few months. See Firebase’s privacy and security information for its handling of that data.
Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to you, investigate a problem and manage the enquiry. Our support address uses Google’s email service.
Please share only what is needed to explain the problem. Do not send passwords, advertising identifiers, payment details or identity documents. Screenshots should show only the game. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
Use, retention and sharing
We process support information on the basis of our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and supporting our game, and comply with legal obligations where applicable. We keep correspondence while it is needed to handle the enquiry and any necessary follow-up, or where retention is required by law. We do not use support emails for a marketing mailing list.
Website hosting and email providers process information to deliver those services. Provider infrastructure may operate outside the United Kingdom. Provider handling is explained in Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy. Google’s international-transfer information explains its safeguards and applicable transfer frameworks. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the information and applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Please use the email address above and include enough information for us to identify the enquiry. We may need to confirm that a request comes from the right person without collecting unnecessary information.
Right to object: you can object to our use of your information based on legitimate interests, including support processing, by emailing us.
You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Information about complaints and your rights is available at ico.org.uk.
Other websites and changes
Links to services such as Companies House, Google and the ICO take you to their websites, which have their own privacy information. We do not load their content into this site.
We will update this page if the website’s handling of information changes and show the updated date above.
